Eurythmy Therapy
The basic element of this therapy is the sounds of speech translated into movements.
It is movement with awareness and meditative focus.
Eurythmy is supportive for children and adults.
It can be beneficial for a variety of conditions including anxiety, allergies, back problems, headaches and many others.
Extra Lesson Exercises
Is your child struggling with controlled movement, speech difficulties, academic challenges, organizational problems and emotional stress?
The Extra Lesson exercises support developing spatial orientation, body geography, dominance, and establish a better relationship to gravity and balance.
Children who practice these exercises usually become more relaxed, can intensify their level of concentration and breathe better.
Extra lesson work is directed to children, however, there are many elements in this work, for example the integration of the retained reflexes, which supports adults as well.
Susanne is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of child development and holds a detailed picture of each child she works with. She assists my son to move in his environment with ease and assurance and with less anxiety.

Susanne’s knowledge and understanding is extensive and her ability to communicate what she knows is beyond effective. In her adult Eurythmy class I have learnt to observe, test, and gently move my body, feeling a release, freedom and inner stillness.
Susanne’s extensive knowledge, genuine care and warm heart has been hugely beneficial to our daughters progress. It’s impressive to see our daughter adapt and use skills that she has been taught in her weekly Eurythmy class.
